Taste of Bangladesh – Refund Policy

1. General Refund Principles

This Refund Policy governs how participation fees, stall charges, sponsorship payments, and other financial commitments are handled. By registering for Taste of Bangladesh, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

  • All participation fees, stall fees, sponsorship payments, and booking charges are strictly non-refundable.
  • Payments for securing a stall or partnership cannot be returned even if the participant later decides not to participate.
  • Refunds will not be issued due to internal operational challenges, personal circumstances, staff shortages, or logistical issues faced by the participant.

3. Participant Cancellations

  • No refund will be provided regardless of reason.
  • Organizer is not responsible for losses from participant cancellation, travel, or product preparation.

4. Event Postponement

  • Payments will be carried forward to new event dates.
  • No monetary refund will be issued for postponement.
  • The participant’s stall or sponsorship benefits remain valid on rescheduled date.

5. Event Cancellation (Force Majeure)

  • If the festival is cancelled due to natural disasters, government restrictions, political instability, public health emergencies, or unforeseen events:
  • Organizers may offer partial refund, credit adjustment, or other resolution.
  • Decision depends on financial, contractual, and operational circumstances.
  • Participants will be notified formally.

6. Removal Due to Policy Violations

  • If removed due to hygiene violations, misconduct, rule non-compliance, unauthorized pricing, unsafe practices, or fraud:
  • No refund will be provided.
  • Organizers can cancel participation immediately.

7. Reduction of Event Duration

  • If event duration is shortened due to external circumstances:
  • No refunds or partial refunds will be issued.
  • Participants bear such risks as part of participation.

8. Sponsorship Refund Policy

  • Sponsorship payments are non-refundable once agreements are signed.
  • Branding benefits may be adjusted in case of postponement or schedule modification.
  • Additional visibility options are at organizer discretion.

9. Mode of Refund (If Applicable)

  • Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile financial service.
  • Processing may take 20–30 working days from official approval.
  • Transaction charges or bank fees may be deducted.

10. Acceptance of Refund Policy

By participating as a vendor, sponsor, or exhibitor, you confirm that:
