Sustainability Initiative
We are greener this year: initiatives include composting, reusable cutlery, and vendor education on waste reduction.
Our sustainability program is central to this year's festival design. In collaboration with local environmental NGOs, we've introduced several practical measures to reduce waste and lower our carbon footprint.
What we're doing
- Composting stations: Clearly marked compost bins for organic waste, with volunteers to assist proper sorting.
- Reusable serviceware: Vendors will offer reusable plates and cutlery for purchase at a small deposit.
- Vendor education: Pre-festival workshops for vendors on waste reduction, portion control, and sourcing.
We encourage attendees to bring reusable water bottles; free refill stations will be available across the site.
